Learn how to whisk and drink your tea matcha like in tea ceremony.

Tea matcha has been consummated in Japan for about 800 years during tea ceremonies which consists in preparing the tea according to a complex and meticulous process. We propose you to experiment the best of it, the whisking part. Let's try to make it as creamy as possible! ​​

From grinding to whisking, including making the Japanese sweets "Ohigashi", enjoy matcha culture through your five senses!

Make the sweets "Nerikiri" (usually served with light matcha) that made from white and black bean paste dough. It is soft and can be modeled in various shapes, usually in relation with the season.

〈1〉Grind leaf tea with a stone mill and make it into powder Matcha.
〈2〉Fill up Japanese sugar "wasanbon" into real wood molds to make Ohigashi.
〈3〉Taste them at Ozashiki.
